‘We have advanced beyond 15th century politics under Obiano, Oye’

A TOP notcher of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and Chairman, Awka South Council Area, Leo Nwuba, has declared that ndi Anambra have advanced beyond 15th century politics under the leadership of Governor Willie Obiano and Ozo Victor Oye-led APGA.

He also declared that APGA now stands out as the only political platform for the restoration of the right ideals of governance as typified in Anambra, just as the party is poised to move beyond the shores of the South East, South South to national political mainstream to restore hope to depressed Nigerians.

Chief Nwuba, while speaking on the heels of the 27th anniversary of Anambra State, said the monumental achievement of APGA-led government of the state were intimidating and had been the envy of other states in the federation.

He paid glooming tribute to Governor Willie Obiano for guarding jealously the developmental ideals of the state and recording intimidating achievements such that have never been since the creation of the state.

The council boss remarked that the state is now the hub of industrial development and destination point for foreign investors via its unparalleled security network and investment climate.

Nwuba stated that Governor Obiano’s initiative in the construction of Cargo Airport in Umueri is one project that when completed and commissioned by him, will place Anambra on both national and international frontline with its business potentials that will boost the macro and micro-economy of the state.

He noted that under Governor Obiano-led APGA Government, the state has witnessed unprecedented transformation both in infrastructure, health, education and social security both for workers, business community and people of the state.

He then enjoined ndi Anambra to always lend their support to good governance provided by the APGA Government as the party is sure to take over more states across the county in the coming elections.
