AIR Peace, Nigeria’s largest airline is set to launch international operations with the acquisition of Boeing 777-300 aircraft. The international operations will see the airline fly direct to London, Johannesburg, Dubai, Houston, Mumbai, and Guangzhou, among other destinations.

Speaking on the development, the Anambra State Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, C. Don Adinuba, declared that the government and people of Anambra State received with tremendous joy the news of the airline’s acquisition of another state of the art wide-body aircraft.

“You and your air carrier have always made us very proud. You have become a brand we all cherish. We regard you as one of the most important gifts which Anambra State has given to not just Nigeria but the African continent. You are, therefore, making a very important contribution to the rebranding of Anambra State, which Governor Willie Obiano has initiated quietly but effectively. The essence of the rebranding is to make Anambra State synonymous with excellence.

Though Air Peace has been in business for just a few years, it has become Nigeria’s largest airline. Its safety record is excellent and the quality of its service, on ground and in-flight, exceedingly professional. We are confident you will display even greater efficiency in your international flights. We are happy you share with the government and people of Anambra State a great passion for excellence.”
