Foundation offers free medicare in Ukpo

Osisioma Foundation, Abuja, has offered free medical care to Ukpo indigenes and residents at Central Primary School, Ukpo,Dunukofia L.G.A.

The foundation was founded by Dr Onyeka Eze, a Prince of Ukpo Kingdom and philanthropist, who had earlier announced plans to offer free medical care to the sick in Dunukofia and beyond.

The foundation brought medical personnel along with their partnering body, the National Laboratory Science Students Association of Nigeria, led by Mr Ikeh Henry Chukwuemeka.

According to the leader of Osisioma Foundation, Mr Emeka Jesse, the free medical care is part of the foundation’s charity act aimed at assisting the poor and sick in society by providing them free healthcare.

The Osisioma Foundation’s free medical  care attracted the elderly, pregnant women and children,who were diagnosed and treated.
