Mbanefo, who was represented by a Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Mrs. Louisa Ezeanya, stated that this was in line with Gov. Willie Obiano’s drive at making youths the centrepiece of his administration’s development stratagems.

The commissioner equally used the occasion to urge National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and National Orientation Agency (NOA) to assist in sensitising and rehabilitating youths and children in the society.
