According to the Eagles Coach, the young forward has now returned  for the 2021 AFCON qualifiers.

Earlier before today assistant Super Eagles coach stated”’We have new competitions lined up; we have the Nations cup qualifiers and the World cup qualifiers. It’s a new season for Kelechi and we are glad that whatever his problems were, he has found an answer at club level,’ Imama explained.

‘  Kelechi has always been a member of the Eagles team despite the fact that, he was not selected for the AFCON in Egypt.

‘We are wishing him the very best, hopefully, he continues with this form of his and he’ll be back in the team in no time, when players are called up for our next matches.
