FURY was given a huge reception during his public workout as he continues his preparations for Saturday’s fight vs Otto Wallin.

Fury wore a Lucha Libre mask – symbolic with Mexican wrestling

Turning up for his pad session on the casino floor of the MGM Grand, the former heavyweight champion donned a Mexican lucha libre mask and wore a Mexican themed headband, as his fight falls on the weekend of Independence Day.

Ruiz, a Mexican-American, is currently readying himself for a rematch with Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia, who he beat for the world heavyweight titles back in June.

Having seen Fury wear the colours of his nation, Ruiz launched a foul-mouthed rant at the Brit.

“Tyson Fury’s next. Tyson Fury’s talking  he’s representing Mexico – he’s not even Mexican, what kind of thing is that?” he said on Instagram.

“Stay in your lane, represent your country, Tyson Fury represent your country, represent what you represent.

“He just needs to stay in his lane – represent where he’s from, shouldn’t be representing another country that he’s not even a little close of.”

However  he claimed, A J has been ‘forced’ into taking a rematch with Andy Ruiz Jnr, according to the Mexican fighter.

Ruiz became the first Mexican heavyweight champion of the world when he produced a jaw-dropping performance inside Madison Square Garden on June 1 to inflict Joshua’s first-ever professional defeat.

And Ruiz, full of confidence with the title belts in his possession, told the Express that Joshua’s team are the reason he has opted to return to action so soon after his devastating defeat.

Asked whether he truly believes Joshua wanted to take the rematch, which will happen on December 7 in Saudi Arabia, Ruiz said: ‘A little bit says yes [he does want it] and a little bit says they’re forcing him to go straight into the rematch.

‘I think he wanted to do something a little different than face me. But it is what is is, we’re fighting in Saudi Arabia and I’m excited. Best man wins.’
