Security experts laud Obiano’s launch of Operation Kpochapu II

CITIZENS have continued to laud Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano for his giant strides toward making the state crime free.

  An Abuja based Civil Engineer, Ifeanyi Chukwu Godwin Okoye who was in the state recently has described the launching of Operation Kpochapu 11 as not only timely but phenomenal.

  Speaking to National Light on  developments in the state, the civil engineer stated,  ” it is a thing of joy to witness first hand, the beautiful exploits in all areas of development under Governor Obiano’s charge, particularly with regards to security. I want to commend the governor for his pragmatic leadership. Anambra is cruising on high course and his launching of such high scale security outfit to ensure that people in the state enjoy peace shows that he places the interest of the people first. I am enthralled with the infrastructural developments in the the state and if security challenge can be tackled, I believe it is a perfect icing on the cake.”

  He went on to describe the Operation Kpochapu 11 launch as unprecedented in the history of the state and Nigeria at large.

  “This is another level of best global security mission which I am glad to appeal to other states and stakeholders in the country to emulate. Such massive acquisition of security vehicles with sophisticated equipment is phenomenal, no state in Nigeria has done it this way and I am proud to be a citizen of the state and also,  proud of the governor.”

  He noted that the Operation Kpochapu 11 will leverage on experiences from the first phase to further raise the bar on its already top notch status, adding that Anambra is a pace-setter in almost every field of human endeavour in the history of Nigeria.

  “Going by historical antecedents, the likes of  Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chinua Achebe, Uche Emeagwali and many others of Anambra extract have made unassailable imprints in the annals of history. It was awesome to witness Anambra win four laurels in education recently when other states are struggling to win a single award. So, the legacy is aglow.” He surmised.

  Corroborating Okoye’s position on the ingenuity of Anambra people, Rtd Air Vice Marshall Ben Chiobi, while fielding questions from National Light reporter on the occasion of Operation Kpochapu11 launch emphasised that Anambra State has the men to fix security and other challenges in the state for the good of the people.

  “What we have today is a test of what we can offer to keep the state secured. We are here ready to make our contribution in support of the governor to change the narrative of the state. “

In the same vein, the founder, Rojeny Tourists Village,  Chief Romeo Ezeonwuka has commended Governor Willie Obiano for his foresight, describing Operation Kpochapu 11 as a welcome development.
