IN keeping with the mandate of propagating the gospel, Godspower School of Ministry (GSM), an arm of Godspower World Outreach Ministry, charged with equipping ministers for effective ministerial works marked its 3rd graduation ceremony, held at the ministry’s headquarters, Awka.

In his remarks, the Founder and President of Godspower World Outreach Ministry, Revd. Godspower Anaso, while describing the event as celebrating knowledge, wisdom and understanding, stated that GSM, which dwell on scriptural application, in practical terms, teaches how ministry works without manipulating people, rather promoting and advancing God’s kingdom.

“Here, we dwell on scriptural answers to life challenges and once you encounter those answers, you will able to supply it to meet the needs of people that need it in life. We have discovered that you can’t do anything in life without coming to the point of knowledge…” Rev Anaso urged the graduands to continue to have hunger for learning, even as Christ admonished to learn of Him and such individual shall find rest.

Guest Minister, Bishop Ralph Okafor in his homily, encouraged the graduands to apply themselves to the knowledge imparted into them as the world expects them to manifest. “To whom much is given, much is expected. Ministerial work is not something of a day or two to get result. You have to persevere. In perseverance, you need to be faithful. In the final analysis, you don’t just do things the way you like, it must have God’s approval.”

One of the graduands and founder of Chukwuemeka Okeke Ministry, Prophet Chukwuemeka Okeke, described the experience of passing through GSM as wonderful with better knowledge of how supernatural works. “I discovered that I have to rely on the Holy Spirit, what Jesus actually did, the finished work of Jesus Christ. It’s not just about the teaching, they lecture you on the practical aspect and ask you to put it to work. If it doesn’t work, you come back and they put you through on the things that you need to do. They made the Bible a living book for us.”

He testified that before he registered with the school, that he drove a single cabin truck, but now drives a brand new car, “I was living in a one room apartment, but now lives in two bedrooms flat. Then I was managing one filling station, but right now, i manage two. To cap it all, I started my ministry last month and we were just three, the following meeting we had about 12 people. Everything is working on a fast pace. The Godspower and other ministers really imparted us with knowledge.”
