style
In an Interview with

gestures of the Governor Umahi , noted that renovation of the orientation camp
had been confirmed as the best in the country.
She disclosed that
the state government had released the sum of N400 million to the scheme in 2018
for renovation and construction works at the orientation camp, which includes
renovation of existing hostels, halls, reconstruction of roads within and
around the camp, parade ground, installation of street lights, among other
facilities.
She appreciated the
state governor’s fatherly disposition and huge interest toward the success of
the scheme in the state.
“I therefore charge
the corps members to complement this gesture by adapting adequately to the expectations
of the orientation camp and subsequently discharge their primary assignments
effectively.
“Ebonyi has over the
years, been blessed with a crop of dedicated and committed corps members who
have always brought pride and dignity to the state.
“I am confident that this batch of corps
members will ‘key-into’ the excellent performances of their predecessors and
even surpasses their achievements.”
The state
coordinator also commended the corps members for exhibiting high sense of
discipline, diligence, humility and enthusiasm to excel, a character that
portrayed them as true patriots.
“I, therefore,
charge them to take the 10-day intensive training on skills acquisition and
entrepreneurship development seriously.
“This is intended to
build their capacity and raise their self-confidence for job creation and
employment,” Ibe said.
