Chinemerem Oguegbe launches new book

CHINEMEREM Oguegbe,Chief Executive Officer of Geoserve Renaissance Academy, Awka, Mr Chinemerem J. Oguegbe, recently launched his new book “From Certificate to Success” a practical philosophy of self realisation and self actualization for Nigeria youth.

  The milestone event which was held over the weekend at Cosmila Hotels Awka, Conference Hall,  attracted book lovers , government officials,  high ranking personnel from different walks of life that graced the occasion. 

  The chairman of the occasion, former Special Adviser to Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Technical Matters and now a Special Envoy to President Goodluck Jonathan, Nze Akachukwu Nwankpo, stressed on the importance of living a constructive life that will add value to oneself and society at large, adding that

 “for one to succeed in life, it takes character, focus, connect with ones inner self to find that which you have to offer and follow measurable steps with discipline and consistency. Face the world with boldness, learn from superiors and be humble”.

  Nwankpo described the author as a man who knows what he is doing and where he is going in life. “I’m happy to be here and I’m proud of you Chinemerem. The significance thing about this great day is that it is a fulfillment of a target, a goal that Chinemerem set and he has achieved that goal.

Secondly, the book is unique and an addition to the progress of young people in Anambra and the nation at large. More importantly, I advised everyone as they read the book, to make good use of the book to attain their potentials.”

  Also at the event,  Sir Chuka Nnabuife, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra State Newspapers and Printing Corporation, publishers of National Light Newspaper, Ka O Di Taa, and SportLightXtra, commended the author for making landmark in literary world and described him as an intelligent and ambitious young man, who have lucid blueprint.

  The book was reviewed by Rev.Fr Emmanuel Umezinwa, Associate Professor, Department of Music, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, who  said that the book was a veritable tool that should accompany young ones as they travel through journey of life.

 Deducing from the author’s personal journey to life that spurred him to write the book, he also said the book dwelled on conscious decision making and redirection of the minds of  younger ones.

  While unveiling the book, Johnbosco Onukwo, a human capacity developer, , urged participants to put into practice what they read from the book.

He also advised youths to be courageous in everything they do, find a means of survival and prayed that the book will serve its purpose, develop youths and also be a breaking ground and blessing to the author

  In the words of Ichie Ukwu Iwuejina Igbokwe, “ today is a remarkable day in the life of our son, Chinemerem Oguegbe, because it is not easy for one to think and write a book and invite people to launch it.

He does things like his father while he was alive, he was a promoter of anything good that will benefit everybody. Chinemerem is working in same step with his father and it will be well with him. As he has written this, I believe that more to come.

  Lady Kate Oguegbe, the mother of author, described his son as a goal getter, self-willed, intelligent and determined person” he has the ability to withstand challenges and is under that challenge that, that he went indoors and locked himself up and started writing.

The challenges of not getting a job did not perturb him. He always believe in himself and from the success of his book launched today, we have seen that what he believes is what he is doing and what God is giving him”

  In a vote of thanks,  the author, Chinemerem Oguegbe expressed his profound gratitude and happiness to all that made out time to honour his invitation and prayed that  God will ignite same passion to everyone present
