Teachers to receive modern supervision techniques – ASUBEB Boss

 THE chairman, Anambra State Basic Education Board,  Patrick Ugboaja, has promised a big boost in the administration, monitoring and supervision of schools in the state.

  Chief Ugboaja, who made the promise while speaking to the press in Awka shortly after his return from Dubai, stressed that efforts will be made to inject more discipline, resourcefulness and dynamism among school monitors and supervisors to effectively monitor schools to achieve maximum productivity.

  As one of the state government delegates to Dubai to undergo some administrative training on monitoring and supervision, the ASUBEB boss noted that the experience gained from the trip was enriching and would be translated into action.

  According to him, the training afforded the participants the opportunity to understudy some efficient and pragmatic advanced methods of monitoring and supervision which will be impacted to school monitors and supervisors to implement in the state schools. 

Chief Ugboaja said the schools monitors would be engaged and equipped with the experience they gathered from Dubai to enrich the school system with the modern techniques of school administration.

  He commended Governor Willie Obiano for sponsoring the trip and for ensuring advances in the education sector which have occasioned the success of schools in the state in winning laurels for the state in several national and international competitions.
