Bethel Life Assembly celebrates founder’s priestly ordination

IT WAS a thing of joy  as Bethel Life Assembly marked 10 years anniversary and the priestly ordination of the founder, Rev. Dr Johnson Chuks Nwanya in Awka.

In his homily, the Bishop of World Outreach Ministries, Most Rev. Godspower Osita Anaso admonished the congregation not to allow the difficulties of the world to separate them from the love of Christ, adding that God who created man knows him right from the womb.

Also speaking during the celebrations, Chief Ben Okoye described Rev. Dr. Nwanya as a humble and courageous leader, creative in nature and called by God . He prayed for God’s guidance in his ministries.

Similarly, Archbishop Moses Ezeh thanked God for preserving his life and family and  prayed for God’s strength to be bestowed upon him,  encouraging him to continue with the good work in the god’s vineyard.

Earlier in a welcome address, Rev. Dr. Nwanya while thanking God for such a memorable day in the history of the church, also shared his experience that led to his divine call, adding that as the church marks her 10 years, it has not been an easy one.

Further speaking, he admonished the Christian faithful to always remain steadfast, no matter the encounter as journey to eternal life is glorious and worth clinging on.

Evangelist Florence Nwanya, wife of the ordained Reverend thanked God for the joy, privilege and faithfulness upon her husband and the church. She prayed for God to continue using him to work in his vineyard.

High light of the event was a special ministration by Bethel Life Assembly Choir .
