Mrs Amos laid to rest

REMAINS of Mrs Celestina Nwakaego Favour Amos was laid to rest in her husband’s home in Ndiuche Izuogu in ldeato Local Government Area of Imo State.

  She was born 46 years ago to the family of late Mr and Mrs Onukwo of Ndimoko Arondizuogu Aro – Okigwe and married to Engr. Sunday Amos of Ndiuche Izuogu both in Imo State. The marriage was blessed with 5 children.

  Late Nwakaego Amos was a devoted Christian and a strong member of Christian Women Orginzation (C W O), St Joseph Parish, Ikpaeke, Okigwe Main Town, CWO, St Patrick’s Parish Ndiuche Ochie Uno, member CBIU Okigwe Diocese, St Peter’s Parish Aba.

  She was a jovial person, preacher of the word of God and a hard working woman.

  Her  husband described her as a kind hearted  woman with  good character, a councillor, woman of God, a person that relates easily with people.  

  Her first daughter Ogochukwu Augustina Amos who wrote on behalf of her siblings described her as a righteous woman full of courageous words of advice, feeling equal with everybody and always happy.” In her words,” mummy, the vacuum you left is too difficult to fill “. Oh, I have lost my sweet mum.”
