SECCIMA set to install Ngonadi as president

SOUTH-EAST Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (SECCIMA), is set for the investiture of Mr Humphrey Ngonadi as president and inauguration of the Council of South-East Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture.

  SECCIMA is an independent organisation that represents the interests of all the city chambers and other corporate bodies within the South East Geo-Business Region. It accelerate the promotion of goods and services within the South-Eastern States through the packaging of trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops, conferences and visits and work in collaboration with the state governments of all South-Eastern States through respective City Chambers and the Federal Government of Nigeria for the promotion and development of the economy.

  According to the organising committee, the event which will hold by 12 pm at Anaedo Hall, No. 25 Ezenwegbu Street, Nnewi, on February 19, will as well decorate the Executive Governors of Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo States as Grand-Patrons of  SECCIMA with the selected indigenous and distinguished entrepreneurs as patrons in line with SECCIMA constitution.

 The event will hold under the distinguished chairmanship of Dr Cletus Ibeto, with Prof. Barth Nnaji to deliver the inaugural economic lecture on the theme – ‘Sustainable Steps Towards the Economic Development of the South East Region.’
