Christians told to attend church services – Chukwuka

CHRISTIANS have been enjoined to attend church services and other evangelical outreaches where they can enrich their minds with the fruits of love, unity and sanctity .


In a sermon at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Orsumoghu in the Diocese of Nnewi, Rev. Chukwuka was not happy that most men do not attend church services except on eventful Sunday days. He said that men as the pillars of their respective homes should lay exemplary life legacies like attending church with their children and conversion of their pagan relations to embrace Jesus Christ as their redeemer and provider.


The priest urged christens not to lose hope at any shaky situation but to have unshakeable faith that God makes every cooked straight no matter the turbulence.


He used the opportunity to call on the abroad members of St Paul’s Church, Orsumoghu, to remember their home church which is their anchor base and invest in it for the spread of the gospel.
