In Nnewi auto parts market, compliance to COVID-19 measures, compulsory

TRAINED personnel drawn from Agboedo Motor Spare Parts Association (AMSPA) COVID-19 Task Force by Anambra State Ministry of Health have swung into action at all entry points to the motor spare Parts location.

  To this end, the chairman of AMSPA, Dennis Ikegwuonwu has said that the measure was to make their members, entrants and customers aware of the preventive measures against coronavirus.

  He said that anybody who enters into their Motor Spare Parts section must wear face mask with small bottle sanitiser or be driven back no matter the status and value of the person in the society.

  He commended Gov. Willie Obiano for showing visible concerned attitude to Ndi Anambra by re-opening all the markets in the state.

  The AMSPA Chairman finally advised motorists to drive with caution now that the rains are back and the roads are slippery and sometimes over flooded.

  He remarked that careless overtaking, over speeding, over loading and plying of ill maintained vehicles had been major causes of road accidents during the rains.
