Nigerian Anita Omonuwa bags first class from UK University



EXPLOITS of Nigerians continue to soar on the positive curve as young Anita Osariemen Omonuwa joins the list of Nigerians to graduate with first class from UK University.

  Omonuwa has had a robust academic career, bagging three first-class distinctions and adding several prizes for her academic finesse to her laurels.

Amongst her Prizes collection includes the Council of Legal Education Star Prize, best overall performance.

 The Nigerian genius is also a member of several organisations like the Association of Young Arbitrators, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She is one of those people making giant imprints in the academic sphere as she has had three first-class distinctions from the University of Reading, UK (LLB), University of Birmingham, UK (LLM), and the Nigerian Law School (BL).

  According to her public profile, she graduated top of her class at the Nigerian Law School which got her several prizes such as the Council of Legal Education Star Prize, best outstanding academic performance, among others.

  She is also the vice president of the Association of Young Arbitrators, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

  Added to all these is that she is a volunteer staff counsel at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC). She is also said to have been the first person to have graduated with a first-class degree in law from the University of Reading, the United Kingdom in 2012.

It will be recalled that three Nigerian writers are already making the nation proud having been shortlisted for great prize in Africa.
