AMID global efforts to halt COVID-19 pandemic, an official from the United States health department, Cherie Antionette, has stated that people do not fully recover from coronavirus.

Disclosing the deadly nature of the virus, Cherie said that officials are not entirely truthful with patients concerning the virus, insisting that the Covid-19 is the worst crisis she has witnessed in her eight-year career in the medical profession.

“Coronavirus is the worst disease she has come across. The virus is “designed to kill” as it a highly intelligent disease that attacks everything it goes for.”

According to her, patients are usually told that they have recovered but nobody informs them of the health complications they may battle with in the future as a result of the disease.

Cherie hinted that health issues that may happen after could be a lung transplant, massive heart attack, or stroke.

The nurse further cited another possible issue they do not tell recovered patients to include that they may have to depend on oxygen to live the rest of their life.

Cherie added that there may be no resources to combat the disease “if we don’t continue to flatten the curve.”

Official reactions to Cherie’s claims are yet to be made public by the US department of health.

In a positive development, a University of Lagos Nigerian graduate, Abiodun Abraham, made great stride to see the pandemic defeated in the country by constructing a disinfectant tunnel that cleanses any residue of bacteria and viruses off whoever passes through it.

According to the inventor, this kind of machine has the capacity of ensuring increased personal hygiene in public places as life eases back to normal with activities expected to take full trot.
