NUPENG cautions against patronising roadside petroleum vendors

THE Nigerian union of petroleum and National Gas workers has warn the masses to decases from patronizing road side petroleum vendors, these statement was made by The senior special assistant to Anambra state Governor on PTD NUPENG and other petroleum union matters Comr Pater Nwosu .

  He stated this during his visit to Amaku General Hospital Awka, Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra state where he visited victims of kerosene fire incident.

  Nwosu who promised to foot the victims hospital bill also gave them words of encouragement and prayed for their quick recovery.

  The NUPENG boss maintained that dealers of roadside petroleum products has no goverment license nor accreditation to operate.

  He also warned that people should stop selling unlicensed petroleum products, noted that government will not spare anybody found guilty of such offense,as such person will be arrested and persecuted by the government.

  Nwosu stressed that his office is working immensely to ensure that conterfit products are not brought into the state especially during this covid 19 pandemic lockdown added that governor Willie Obiano’s led administration is committed to secure good welfare of lives and properties of Ndi Anambra.

  The SA further called on owners of petrol and gas station to see the state government as partner and ally and not as threat to their business activities.
