In Enugu, group makes case for Soludo



PROF. Charles Chukwuma Soludo has been described as God-sent to mankind, clearly most qualified aspirant to governorship in Anambra State and the only person that can turn around the economy of the state to be compared to European countries and America.

  Addressing members of Soludo Support Group (SSG) Enugu (042) Chapter, who trooped out in large numbers at Nondon Hotels, Enugu, the coordinator SSG, Enugu Chapter, Chief Pius Akam urged the people of the state to ensure Soludo emerges governor in 2021 to take the state to the next level.

Chief Akam, popularly known as Igwe Nkanuzu, noted that Soludo would use his expertise in development economy and international contacts with Africa and world donor agencies to profoundly transform the state.

  He pointed out that the  pandemic era was not the time to commence trail and errors and  also stressed that Soludo was the only solution to sustaining and even making Anambra greater.

  According to him,“with somebody like Soludo, tens of millions of jobs will be created for our youths in the state and it is on record that during his time of service at the national level, many jobs were created”.

  Also speaking in an interview after the occasion, treasurer of the group and shakeholder, Ezinifte, Anambra State, Chief George Umezinwa, called on Ndi Anambra to give Soludo maximum support to achieve the collective goal-governor, Anambra 2021, noting that he has been tested and found very good in administration.

  According to Umezinwa, in post COVID-19 era and with fall in oil prices and drastic fall in allocation from the center, Abuja, Anambra needs someone uniquely connected around the world to mobilise project and financing developments in the state and that person is Prof Soludo.

Soludo’s enriching and enviable biadate was read and copies distributed to large number of people who attended the meeting and they were urged to spread the news to other Anambra people living in Enugu.

  Personalities and executive of the group that graced the occasion are : Chris Okonkwo, secretary, Ikenna Ezennia ,Youth leader, Chief Obiweluozo, shakeholder , Anambra State  and women  leaders – Chibuogu Ezeasor and Ifeoma Nnoli, Udeze, among others.
