FOUNDER, TJ Ehirim Foundation and Principal, Project TJ Ehirim Movement Worldwide, Tobechukwu Justice Ehirim (PhD) has congratulated the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof Charles Soludo for emerging victorious in the just concluded Anambra State Governorship election.

Chief Ehirim charged the winner, Prof Soludo to remember that as a tested reformer, he is for many Anambrarians, Igbos and Nigerian citizens, the real and true harbinger of the long awaited new and prosperous order for modern democratic Nigeria.

According to Chief Ehirim, “Prof Soludo should therefore, like the factors and forces that raised him at the National Stage, ensure that in all circumstances in the life of his administration allow and encourage that the best of our people should lead the rest of our people in all the state endeavours, establishing the culture of meritocracy, diligence and quality results for which the Brand, C.C. Soludo had been known from his early years at UNN.”

Chief. Ehirim encouraged the Professor Governor-Elect to be magnanimous in victory, adding that such privilege reposed in him by the good people of Anambra State, though is an enormous task but should be used as a shining light example to the entire nation.

T.J. Ehirim often referred to by his teaming supporters as Igirigi Ndu Imo State, a traditional titled holder of “Nwanagamkpa”; commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the security agents and President Muhammadu Buhari for providing a level playing ground throughout the exercise.

He emphasised that, “election should serve as a platform for the citizens to select the best candidates to govern them, rather than a charade where unpopular and questionable candidates are imposed on the people.”

Dr. Ehirim expressed optimism that if the processes adopted by the INEC in Anambra State can be extended to Imo and other states in need of good governance, Nigerians will have no option than to believe in their leaders.

The principal therefore wished the Governor-elect well and prayed God to always be with him in his numerous decisions pursuant to and within his tenure(s) of office, grant him greater wisdom and grace to make Anambra develope more in all measurable human indices and shine very brighter than ever as the real light of the Nigerian Nation and Africa at large.
