Jude Godwin ordained bishop

 IT was celebration galore at Believers General Assembly, Nnewi, as the founder of the church, Jude Onyebuchi Godwin was ordained a bishop.

  The event which was recently held at Believers General Assembly, Nnewi, was graced by Pentecostal Bishops Association of Anambra State(PBAAS) dignitaries, members of the church, among others.

  Preaching a sermon, the (PBAAS) Episcopal President, Austin Nwaodika said, “believers have lost focus on the purpose of God sending them here on earth.

  “God gave man the authority to rule and manage the earth for him, but some believers have neglected the instruction and devil took over the earth.

  “The earth were never given to the devil but to the children of God, who are in a hurry to go to heaven thereby allowing satan to control the earth”

  Bishop Nwodike maintained that the church has failed like Adam and called on believers to know their right and claim what belongs to them.

  He advised believers to be in politics, judiciary and other activities, take titles such as kings, chiefs, so as to bring change and reconcile men and women back to God, adding that Jesus is interested in government because he was born a king.

  The bishop explained that the purpose of pentecostal movement is to bring back the church and to colonise the earth to look like heaven.

  He admonished the church to move and evangelise the gospel of the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ for soul-winning, and advised the new bishop to emulate the feet steps of his master Jesus and other bishops.

The General Overseer, Holy Ghost New life International Church, Nnewi, Bishop  Ozioma Ozoemena expressed gratitude to God for the gift of life.

Bishop Ozoemena described the new ordained Bishop Godwin as a man of peace , loving and kind person and  prayed  God to favour his household as he embarks on this race.

  The founder of Believers General Assembly and the new ordained bishop, Jude Onyebuchi  Godwin, thanked everyone that was present at the occasion, saying it is a great thing  to preach the gospel and bring souls back to the kingdom of God.

  He admonished believers to always live a life of Christ and preach the gospel at all times, praying that everybody will make it at the end.

 Pastor Mrs Kate Godwin, wife of the new bishop expressed how happy she was, adding that she will support the husband to serve in the vineyard of the Almighty.
