Blessing Brilliant Int’l Academy fetes pupils, parents

IN THE spirit of the season and to celebrate the success of the just concluded academic session with gratitude to God, the management of Blessing Brilliant International Academy, Abagana, Njikoka LGA, Anambra State, organised a Christmas Party and get-together.

Speaking at the event held at the school premises, chairman of the event and founder of Bethel Global Ministry, Agulu, Emmanuel David, expressed delight on the success recorded by the school, while stating the rarity of finding the kind of educational and moral input at the school in the area.

”The school is barely four months old and we are seeing this great result. The quality of educational resourcefulness of this school in a short period is commendable and I thank God for that. I urge parents and guardians to enroll their children and wards in this school because of its high standard. Pupils pick up fast with the kind of teaching here.”

In his remarks, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Anambra Newspaper and Printing Corporation (ANPC), publisher of National Light Newspaper, Ka O Di Taa and SportsLighTXTRA, Chuka Nnabuife, described education as a tool that drives growth and development of any nation and captured best when employed early among the young ones.

Represented by Emeka Chiaghanam of the ANPC, Sir Nnabuife enjoined the management of the school not to rest on the success it has recorded in a short period but rather, aim higher in making the school a reference point.

Sir Nnabuife urged parents and guardians to see to the moral standard of the children and wards besides quality education.

Earlier in her statement, the proprietress of the school, Blessing David, said the school was established to be a model in quality education and moral values.

“Though a new school, we set a high academic standard for any child that will pass through this school. Education is an investment in knowledge that yields huge dividends and a passport to the future.”

”The school is barely four months old, we want to use this to let people know what we are capable of doing educationally for the total development of the child.”

Speaking on behalf of the Parents Teachers Association (PTA), Adaobi Offordile, while affirming that the event added fun to an academic setting declared that education is important in the life of every child. She further stated that education is not all about the four walls of a classroom but also of character development.

”I enrolled my child in this school to have a quality education and I haven’t regretted it. Giving a child quality education at an early age is important to the child’s quality of life.”

A parent, Uchechukwu Agu, while commending the school’s management said the school exceeded her expectation and asked them to keep it up.
