INVESTORS have been urged to explore opportunities in real estate subsector of the economy of Anambra State.
Chief Protocol to Gov. Chukwuma Soludo and Deputy Chief of staff in Government House, Awka, Mr. Chinedu Nwoye, made the call while speaking after touring the Dubai Estate in Awka, on Saturday.
Describing his call as home out of the need to explore huge potentials of the subsector for economic and social development, Nwoye also commended high quality of social amenities and structures with hig-end finishes in the estate, noting that it is clearly redfining urban and luxury living in Awka.
Nwoye also expressed hope that Dubai Estate, Awka perfectly aligns with the African-Dubai Taiwan vision of Governor of Anambar State, Prof Chukwuma Soludo.
It will be recalled that the estate has equally played host to several personalities, including Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Uchenna Okafor, who kicked off the state’s annual tree planting exercise from the estate.
