The remains of late Ifeanyi Franklin Azodo has being committed to mother earth in his home town, Umueze – akwa Village, Ifitedunu, in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Azodo, who died at the age of 61 was one of the community leaders in Ifitedunu.
While commiserating with the family, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra Newspapers and Printing Corporation, Sir Chuka Nnabuife who came with some of his staff, noted that they were there to share in the burden of the family.
He further explained that they have a good working relationship with Chinedu, brother to the deceased and prayed that God will grant eternal rest to the deceased.
Daughter of the deceased, Miss Azodo Oluebube, in her tribute, expressed grief over the death of his father, describing him as the best father who was good and kindhearted to them even after the demise of their mother and promised to continue with her educational career.
Chief mourner, Chinedu Azodo, who said that the demise of his elder brother created a painful vacuum, noted that one will not question God in anything. He thanked the National Light family for their visit and prayed God to strengthen the corporation.
